Executive Place
This 12 storey project will be the tallest building in downtown Red Deer. A retail-use level occurs at grade, populated with boutique-style shops and various service amenities. This adds to interaction with the street and the pedestrian experience at the base, as well as creating additional amenities for building tenants. Four underground levels of parking are also included within the building program. The structure is constructed with a curtain wall system of light green glass, stainless steel clad concrete columns which accent the lower and top two floors. The distinctive design has a deep canopy at the penthouse level that will house corporate meeting rooms and other specialized offices.
