ManagementMs. Diana Mitchell, Project Manager In 2005, Ms. Mitchell moved to Calgary, Alberta and joined the MOST Group of Companies as Project Manager overseeing current projects for MOST Development Ltd., MOST Construction Ltd. and Marda Group Developments Ltd. Her primary goal in the future is condominium conversions and renovations from design concept to completion. Diana Mitchell’s career in the construction industry started in 1978 as a draftsperson which quickly escalated into kitchen and bath design. Throughout the 1980’s, Diana designed kitchens and bathrooms for many custom homebuilders and renovation companies in Edmonton, Alberta. During the early 1990’s, she accepted the position of Branch Manager of Sales, Administration and Operations for a large Cabinet Manufacturer to oversee and supervise all aspects of the Edmonton Branch. This included Forecasting, Budgets, AP/AR and Human Resources. In 1994, Ms. Mitchell moved to Vancouver, British Columbia and for many years contracted to various companies with the goal of improving sales, service, efficiency and increasing profits. Ultimately, her specialty became residential renovations from design concept, project management and client satisfaction. Mr. Vadim Barabash, CEO Mr. Barabash has been the executive manager for international operations for the MOST General Contracting Company since 1995. He has served as the president and CEO of MOST Canada since 2001. Prior to joining the MOST group of companies, Mr. Barabash was a director of a municipal television station and the deputy assistant to the mayor of Belogorsk – specializing in foreign trade. He began his career as an engineer at the Trans-Baikal Railway computer center, where he was instrumental in upgrading the centre to modern day technology. Mr. Barabash is a graduate of the Khabarovsk Institute of Railway Engineering, and is fluent in English and Russian. Mr. Richard Gibbs Mr. Gibbs was the CFO of Farside Electric before he joined SKMG. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of finance, including accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, benefits coordination, and financing. He has also worked for Anadarko Canada Corp, Canwest Propane, and CE Franklin, were he gained valuable hands-on experience in analysis of large corporate accounts, payment negotiation, reconciliation, system implementation and controllership. Mr. Gibbs graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor degree in Management. He also has a Bachelor degree in Arts from Bemidji State University and is currently enrolled in the CGA Program. Mr. Jay Campbell Mr. Campbell was a senior manager with General Electric (Commercial Finance, Energy Financial Services and Corporate Finance) prior to joining MOST Canada. During his tenure with General Electric, he was instrumental in securing senior secured debt financing for many major Alberta oil and gas service and production companies. Before accepting the position with General Electric, Mr. Campbell was the senior manager of the Commercial Lending department of the Canadian Western Bank. In that role, Mr. Campbell was in charge of all aspects of the portfolio including risk management, underwriting, pricing, and the management and administration of a staff and portfolio in excess of $100M. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor degree with distinction in Commerce. He also has an Honors Business Administration degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Business.
